Furthermore, the accurate classification, treatment and engagement of employees, freelancers and self-employed service providers should be ensured.

In Slovak jurisdiction, special attention should also be paid to the observance of working time limits, rest periods pursuant to the Labour Code (Act No. 311/2001 Coll., as amended), occupational health and safety obligations under the Act on Occupational Health and Safety (Act No. 124/2006 Coll., as amended), and compliance with statutory rules on minimum wage according to the Act No. 663/2007 Coll. on Minimum Wage as amended, and holiday entitlements, and social security contributions governed primarily by the Act on Social Insurance (Act No. 461/2003 Coll., as amended).
