Our values have never been more important and influential than during the past couple of years, as we have steered our business, supported our people, and continued to help our clients succeed through extraordinary and uncertain times.

Whether it's about leadership, organisational change, people management, recruitment, or learning and development, our values provide a decision-making framework and a common vision for the kind of business we want to be.

During 2021, we shone a spotlight on each of our values in turn and invited our people to share perspectives, experiences, and stories from across our global firm. Led by our six Global Board members, we called this our International Festival of Values.

We also ran a photography competition, called 'Framing our Values'. Everyone in the firm was invited to submit a photograph capturing what one of our values means to them.

In this digital publication, we have captured the highlights from the festival and the photography competition to preserve and share the celebration of our values for the coming year and beyond.
