Respect in action

Nurturing a diverse, inclusive culture allows all of our talent to flourish. It sparks creativity amongst our people. It powers innovation for our clients. A gender-balanced workplace, where all people feel supported, is central to building a better business and a better world.

In France the TWomen initiative has been running since 2015, a business network gathering our female Partners and Counsels with their female clients. Promoting gender diversity, the club meets every quarter during a networking or round-table event to discuss collaborative and empowerment topics.

We also have our hugely successful International Women's Leadership Programme, which aims to build leadership capabilities and succession opportunities. It equips our women partners and senior counsel with the tools to address the challenges of taking a leadership role in the firm and with clients. The programme also develops an international network of peers to build collaboration, foster business opportunities and to encourage the cohort to keep connected.
